They definately hold a phone number for me. If I log in and select "user settings" and then "contact details" listed there is my email address and mobile number.

I was surprised (and of course, relieved) to find that a Chaps payment had arrived in my nominated account which I authorised last Tuesday. Even more surprising I only requested a BACS payment and I haven't been charged the £20 fee usually charged. I guess they are trying to restore good faith with KE's customers? Good news anyway - I hope others will find their money in their banks too.:T

I did a Tuesday evening BACS and haven't got mine yet - i'm hoping for Monday/Tuesday.

Me too - I was Tues lunchtime, but it sounds like Crandall may be the first. Was just getting hopeful...

Just checked my dates and I made the transfer on Monday, 6th, so all you who did yours on the 7th will probably get your money on Monday!!! So pleased something seems to be happening to the good though I am gutted that Progrock might have been scammed! God these people are heartless - talk about kicking a man when he's down. I hope our fears are unfounded - have we heard anything from him?
