i got 500mb a month free, which i was told was enough to browse the web all month, so long as i wasnt streming youtube 24/7 etc..0

i get unlimited internet with my contract, so you mean datacard data?0

eco, no not necessarily - *you* might have unlim data but this isnt something Orange currently do - my guess is you either
a) got it as a retention deal
b) have a panther plan and picked the data benefit
c) got a plan during july. (i think that's when it was).
During July (again that's a guess tbh) they did unlim (well half a gb / 500mb) data on all £30+ webplans; this was a promo thing and ran for 1 month only.
There's nothing to suggest though, that if the high ups believe its a big selling tool, that they wouldn't bring it back... Who knows.
There hasn't been anything said last I knew - but then again the staff don't always get much notice either!
and yes, dbw - that should be more than sufficient for a mobile, it's what I have too.On the up

Hi, Orange currently do an unlimited data bundle for £7.50 per month. (Unlimited being up to 250mb, fair usage policy).
This was indeed offered in July as a promo (again up to 250mb) and has been available since then for customers to purchase on any PAYM contracts. It's also available on the Panther talkplans as stated above.
They also offer an Evening and Weekend data bundle for £5 a month for use from 7pm-7am weekdays and all weekend. You still incur data charges for use outside these times though.
Give them a ring and they can add the Unlimited to your plan. I have it myself and have never managed to go over the 250mb usage even though I use it to check emails, buy on ebay and read the news pretty much daily.
Hope this helps.0 -
They do offer "Unlimited internet" they just don't like to be mis-leading like most companies.
Most companies are offering unlimited internet, but it's really with a fair usage policy of 500mb, therefore, orange are offering the same as everyone else, just not dressing it up.0
