I have the above account with Natwest , and as part of my package I have Mobile phone insurance . Now on the 2nd I dropped and broke my phone - tried to fix . Went away and when I came back on the 5th wrote a letter and sent a claim form off. never heard back , so this morning called them - insurance is run by Lifestyle…

My car broke done yesterday evening (Sun) - a tow truck was there within the hour. Because of it being a Sunday I had to do a home recovery . They charge £1.50 per mile over the 10 miles, plus the distance back to the recovery location i.e. £3 per mile. So £70 odd quid.

TBH, following this experience, and previous Green Flag and travel insurance issues I think that I'll be cancelling my wife's and my Advantage Gold accounts and purchase "proper" travel insurance and roadside assistance.

Central Beds, 2.02kWp (9 x 225W) south facing with some morning shade, installed 2011 (£7.16/Wp). Tigo monitoring/optimisers on all panels, Growatt MIC 2000 TL-X Inverter and Solar iBoost installed 2022. (4 x 415W + 6 x 405W garden experiment connected to SunSynk 3.6 hybrid inverter & 2 x 5.3kWh SynSynk batteries) (4 x 405W panels queued to go somewhere)
