    at least you brought a smile to our faces at this 'challenging time'

    what makes me cross with myself is that this happened to the value of the shares i had in the same isa years ago - when all the prices dropped - and we said we will wait until when it gets equal to what we have put in - i think we had one month of this and now am whipping myself that did not take out at that time !!!! ah the value of hindsight .... but with reassurance that they would not just be wiped out if the bank were nationalised i guess it now just becomes a university fund for the baby in my tummy at the minute !!!

    assuming the baby isnt nationalised of course , the value of children can go down as well as up.
    Have you tried turning it off and on again?
