Orange Mobile Braodband contract

OH has an Orange mobile "broadband" contract (USB dongle which connects via a SIM @ about 500kbps)
Her circumstances have changes dramatically in the 3 months she's been in the contract & she can no longer afford it. I tried calling Orange customer services but the chap told me the only way out is to pay the whole lot out in one lump sum  !
Is anyone aware of any other way she could get out
Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I work for Orange and would like to make a suggestion.
We have a process called 'Customer Account Transfer', which allows an agreement to be transferred from one person to another.
If you would like to find out more about this process, please contact the CAT Team on 0800 079 0005 between 08:30 and 17:30, Monday to Friday.
I hope this helps.
