Did a BACS transfer (£10k) on the 6th oct, Just checked my nominated account and very happy to say that it arrived late on today
Still have £20k in the fixed deposit account and plan to leave that there

Just wondering what is going to happen with all the KE accounts. Are they to be rebranded? I would imagine they won't allow the KE website to keep working as it is? Will we all get new account no.s/log in details?

ING say that as soon as they have their paws and eyes on our accounts they'll be writing by letter or e mail to us individually to let us know what services/rates etc they offer. No doubt they'll be issuing new account details too. hope this helps

I also made a BACs Transfer on the 6th from my KE account, its now showing as a credit in my linked account, well done ING.

!!!!. The money hasn't come through today. I actioned a BACS transfer on the evening of Tuesday 7th, money show as 'left the account' on the 8th.

Anyone action anything on Tuesday 7th (evening) and received anything yet?

I actioned a BACS payment on tuesday afternoon and it has not yet come in but I noticed on friday on the forum that some of the transfers actioned on 5 and 6 october had gone through so hopefully they will all get their money in the next couple of days and then the transfers from tuesday will start coming in

I'm in exactly the same position. Requested A BACS on the evening of Tuesday the 7th, and it shows as left the account on the 8th. Nothing has arrived in my linked account yet either and it's a very large amount aswell.

I'm not worried, but if it hasn't arrived by the end of this week i will be!
