Their ploy using the Virgin brand certainly worked with me - I had just assumed it was a real Virgin company! You are absolutely right, SMG are the owners, and I can't see any link to the Virgin Group now apart from the use brand (for which Branson no doubt gets paid royally/royalties).

The CEO of Virgin Radio is Fru Hazlitt, who assumed this role earlier this year.

Can't find an email address, or company address, for Fru Hazlitt but Fru's office would be the best place to take a complaint to in the first instance, and the Corporate Affairs guys will know the address. I'd just send the complaint to them, with a request to pass it on to Ms Hazlitt's office.

I won a prize from Virgin website and didn't receive it. I wrote to some guy who deals with the prizes (think it was both website and station) and he dealt with it extremely fast.
