My fiance had an anaphylactic shock from a wasp sting and got rushed to hospital. He was on a drip, heart monitor and oxygen and was so swollen he couldn't see when I got there. They said he could have died if he had been on his own but he was with collegues from work who got him there quick. He has to carry an epipen from now on in case it happens again
Very worried in case it happens again as he is very forgetful and is always forgetting his phone or keys and if he feels ill tonight we have to go straight to A&E just in caseNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -

Jesa, that's terrible and very frightening. Are you going to get him a 'bracelet' that tells people of his condition? And can work have an epipen locked in a cupboard just in case he does forget his?Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -
Ooops forgot to discuss eBay :rotfl:
Haven't done anything extra as have been poorly (and meant to be studying) but starting to feel a little better this evening so just going to relist some magazines. Looking forward to raising the £1k this month but found out hubby is off from the 20th not the 13th so any money made won't be in the bank in July.Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -

Would Boots do a bracelet for this type of allergy? If so I could check tomorrow so thanks for the idea
Unfortunately he works outside so there is more chance of getting stung. I am going to ask the doc if we could get a spare of two so I can keep one and maybe get one in the glove box of the works vanNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
