  • Hi guys, I joined this thread last week, determined to get rid of this 23k debt, well I have cleared out the large shed and have got shelves in there a desk and chair, this is now my ebay room, I put my first 10 items of last week and made around £50, which I am pleased about, since then been carbooting again, I now have another 13 listed. Will be searching again at the weekend, I am looking forward to this, I am really determined, and hey if some items I buy don't sell , they will go back to carboot, so can't lose, I love this thread and this site, it is a real life saver.

Ok I sold some left over holiday change (8 euros in coins) and I got the exchange rate for them, £6.90 odd, I'm happy with that :) Am going to list some other things later....wish me luck, not sold a lot recently!

I've got 40 things on Turbolister so far and have so much more to do (kids are off school with Chicken Pox though so am having to do a bit here and there). Today I will get the stuff worth a bit of money on Ebay and leave the tat, which probably won't sell, for another day. I have things finishing tonight and have a few bids, mainly on the old children's comics from the late 70s/80s, only get the minimum but every bit helps.

Maybe Ebay have done a free listing day as they are not making much money either if we aren't. I do hope it picks up soon as it's my only source of income (have a business account as well). I'm selling more on my Personal account than my Business one.

At least the items will end after payday so hopefully will get a bit of money. I've stopped listing for 99p things that I want more for as I hate selling good things for 99p.

Anyway, onwards and upwards, will see how many I do actually get listed today and will report back later, will relist everything that is ending today too, am hoping to ist at least 60 items today.
