Hi guys, hope you are doing well with the listing and even more importantly the selling!

Had a nice time away, although it's kinda depressing to be 'home' around the ex again

Had quite a productive ebay day yesterday and it took me a good couple of hours to package everything up, send invoices etc, and posted it all off today!

As turns out i turned over just over 100 quid and 14/15 of the new items i forced myself to out up last weekend sold! Including a dress started it at £3.99 (bought in a sale for £2 but never got around to wearing it) and sold for £18.05 Whoot!

Also opened a dispute for a non payer after waiting days and days and then he only goes and pays an hour later!!!

Have to fill in a job application tomorrow night, wed will be a chill day so going to wait until thursday and the weekend to list more things!

Welcome to any newbies joining the board, most of you all seem to have made a fab start! The ££££'s or even the pppppp's will be rolling in soon!!!

Going to give up hassling you all for a couple of days now as everyone made a great effort for the last couple of weeks in May.......give yourself a little break, enjoy the weather....

ok guys help needed, re the person on ebay that won an item, paid & now has read the description asked a question & now doesn't want it & wants a refund... will I get my fvf's back?? Can I do a second chance offer & what happens with fvf's???

Many thanks for you help in advance....

    Ginga

    Just as CT posted....
Go to item, report a problem, and choose the option to end the transaction, make sure buyer says yes - then fees will be reimbursed automatically. If the second chance offer sells you will then be charged the final value fee again

hmm, sunshine - i know from experience its a really bummer when that happens. i usually offer a refund in that case but only when i get the item back safe and sound. have u had the item long?
dunno what others might suggest in resolution on this one???

Thanks mrscmr. Havent had it for ages but dont have a valid receipt. I feel really bad for buyer as hadnt intended for this to happen! Im not sure if I should contact the Vodaphone shop and arrange a replacement if buyer could go collect it (they have to refund if faulty) or just tell him to send back and give him refund. If they send back, do i have to refund postage for return as well?? x

I would get them to send it back, check they are telling the truth, then refund with postage if they were. If they were making it up and it works ok then refund without postage.

You can't really get the buyer to get pick up a replacement, they won't like that (ebay buyer can be very fussy)

yeah i agree with jesa... i only refund return p & p if all ok and they are a genuine person. otherwise they just make money on the p & p.

Thx. do you mean refund both sets of postage i.e postage paid in first place, product amount and postage they pay to return it to me?? Also, are you best doing this via ebay so there is no dubiety as to what the situation is? x

I'm afraid so, if its not working you will have to pay for them to return it to you as well in your refund. But if they are fibbing they probably won't want to send it back to you so its best to apologise and say something along the lines of:

Please return the item to me with all packing etc and I will refund you once received
