Hi. Haven't posted on here for a while, have been Ebaying lots, have about 72 items on my Personal accounts and 76 on my Business account. Am a bit fed up as I've just had notification from Paypal that a payment I received on 20th for £17.90 has been placed on hold as they are saying someone else purchased the items using this buyers ID, I've checked their bidding history and they bought one item from another seller a minute before or after buying mine and also bought 4 items from another seller so am wondering if they will have had payments placed on hold.

Did a Car Boot Sale today and was a bit disappointed after taking off the float, £12 to get in etc we only made about £40, think this is the lowest ever amount I've made at one. When we packed up and walked round we didn't seem to be in a very good position as we were over the back behind what is normally the edge of the Car Boot Sale so maybe not as many people walked that way.

Anyway, got lots I bought back that I will stick on Ebay this week for 99p and see how they go, am glad I don't get charged a fee for listing at 99p.

Am so fed up about having that money placed on hold, I hope I get it back.

    Bye for now.

Well done to all those that managed to list yesterday! I didn't get anything listed but i sold 17 items and have them all packaged up ready to post as soon as they are paid for!

I'm going to start with my 10 new listings today and then bang some unsolds on!

too_much_debt sorry to hear about your payment on hold and poor result at the carboot, you must think postive you still made £40 profit and you have managed to list a massive 148 items which is fantastic

Time to stop reading the forums and get listing people!
