Just had several listings finish - very odd as I don't start them until the evening - good job they were free to list.

Off to do the school run and will then add 20 CDs to Amazon.

Well done Purpleroses for your listings!

Hope, haven't set up the amazon account yet..! Have been revising for the last couple of days for an exam tonight, but tomorrow I'll have plenty of spare time to do it.

...And if I haven't posted by tomorrow to say I've set it up, then someone please give me a kick ;)

Im giving it a proper go today too. Ive managed to list 8 things today and I will list 8 more tonight. Havent got any bidders yet but I think thats the time of day. Managed to find some unused blank CD's that I will never use and I found 30 Epson print cartridges for a printer I no longer have. I know I bought them on Ebay so I should be able to get something for a job lot.

I also found 3 car manuals from the 1960's in the loft so I am hoping to find a collector that is looking for them. Its surprising what you find when you rummage deep. So I will have 16 autions running for 7 days.

If the Epson cartridges are the ones that are accepted by Tesco cartridge recycling, then you should do really well. Anybody else with empties (or fulls), pop them onto eBay if you don't collect Tesco Clubcard points! (P.S. There are other companies that pay for empty named cartridges and give you money in return)

    Good luck on your listings.

Definitely recommend Amazon. Sold one last night for £6; it was bought in a sale last year for £2.99.

This week I have sold The Cure, Kate Bush, KLF, Braveheart soundtrack - a mixed selection that fetched good money :rotfl:

Right must get on with starting and finishing essay. Deadline tomorrow.

Everytime I come back more had been sold!

JesaRose, did you make a profit out of that dress? And what kind of Lego did you sell - an assorted collection or boxed?

    Floxxie

I tipped all the assorted lego out on a blanket, took one pic of it and one of the little lego men too as they bump up the price. Other than that it was a mixture of bricks, flat bases, windows, some little flowers, a real assortment. But the money is in the men for assorted lots I have found. Then I put the weight of it in the title as people buy it by the weight - mine was 3.3kg

Not sure on exact profit for dress yet as I have to post it to Japan but I think about £48 probably :D

I've sold loads of my old shoes, but they were all in good condition. Sold one pair for £105 once - they were vintage designer though. Most of mine have sold for £5 - £20 depending on brand
