Should I sell my house?

Quick update, today called council and they are sending me 2nd adult rebate forms in the post - the first person I spoke with told me I wasn't entitled (he sounded about 12 on the phone). I researched on their website and it stated that if they have recently left school they may be entitled to the rebate - so I rang back and got a really nice lady who is a single parent herself and is sending me the forms.
3rd phone call was to mobile company - have reduced £35 contract to £25, then next month they will allow me to reduce to £20. I have 4 months left on contract so I will cancel as soon as allowed and that will be £35 per month saved.
Tomorrow I will be mostly:-- working full time
- tackling Sky (not sure if I am tied in)
- calling Estate Agent so get a valuation of house
- get benefits check up
- List 5 eBay items
