I migrated to plusnet several days ago and still cannot get any email service.Am Ithe only one or do they have a system wide fault for new customers?

Have you changed the servers and id settings in your email program ?0

Hi Cliff57,
We currently have a problem being investigated by our development team with the mailboxes not activating. I know it's being worked on currently and will be able to post an update by lunchtime, sorry about the hassle though.
