Best current mobile tariffs for web browsing?

Hi all,
My current monthly usage on my mobile is about 150 any network, any time minutes, 150 text messages, but I use mobile internet (T-Mobile Web and Walk) loads and given that the average webpage fully downloaded is about 200k to 500k, I would want at least 1GB per month in data….so essentially, the data is more important to me than extra minutes or texts
Can anyone suggest a good network / tariff for me please?
I'd also only like a 12 month contract so I can get a new phone in a years time.
