Had a great weekend, relaxing and doing jobs. have got two old tuition clients wanting to book again after a break, so thats good, have got 5 clients at the moment, so could probably get another 3 or 4 and still cope!

Work ok, had cake today, I love comfort food :o, still I have bought:o little muffins for the next few weeks, they should keep me out of trouble!

I enjoyed reading the 12 week challenge thread on the weekly email, and I've decided that I could actually achieve quite a few extra things in twelve weeks if I get myself organised

    - loose 12lb (I can do it!)
    - do something extra each day
    a)exercise
    b) house tasks
    c) extra money saving activities, such as booking mystery shops, checking I've got good deals

I feel quite optimistic that with a bit of extra effort I can get a lot more done and enjoy my free time a lot more!

Done some exercise today already so for my extra thing today I'm going to make some headway with my banking issues

    - get halifax reward account paying me £5 a month. More progress on this tomorrow when I get my pay going in direct.
    - keeping tax information uptodate
--reassess life and mortgage insurance (critical illness cover and decreasing term mortgage insurance, see MSE guide)
    - check electricity - Changed tarrif, saving £65 per year (incl £15 cash back)

Got no motivation, but lets see what i can earn/save in 30 mins.

Was feeling so optomistic and full of energy this morning, have got loads done, but have just had a mood altering argument with my next door neighbour who I now believe is a complete fruitcake!

Every year we all go out for a courtyard Christmas meal, and I offered to print off the menu and invites to get rsvps in early- nothing flash just the basics. The nextdoor neighbour knocked on my door and through it back at me, saying I should have knocked and asked her instead of posting the invite through the door (as we do every year!) I'd hand written her a little note on it, and put love from and a x, I have no idea why she would take offence.

She did have to take medication and had paranoia, I suppose its not her fault, and calling her a fruitcake is not really fair, but hey I'm annoyed!

Anyway, now I've got that off my chest, back to making progress!

    - cook Sunday roast
    - clean house
    -get organised for next week

I've got 3 tutoring clients starting next week, so from now until May I should be really busy and be able to crank up the OPs x

Deepest sympathy earthgirl I have a fruitcake for a neighbour too! (but I have other really great neighbours as well) My neighbour could have an argument in a room on her own - and probably does. She has 2 sons - one of whom has never visited in the 6 years we've lived here and another who she fell out with about 4 years ago and has never been seen since.....so her own kids don't speak to her.

Only consolation is she's very quiet - so I comfort myself that things could be worse;):D

Thanks so much, this makes me feel a bit better. She doesn't always live there, its her OHs house, and normally when she stops her medication she calls the police, gets him arrested and locked up, then he won't take her back for at least a month:mad: then the cycle starts again!

I think shes fine when on medication, but its a bit miserable for others when she isn't...She gets upset about things we think are normal - it must be horrible for her to live with all that angst.

Anyway, I was really worried about what she would do last night, she has put paint over cars and stuff before, so I couldn't sleep, and was the worst teacher ever this morning!:o

This afternoon was a bit better, and started a new tutoring client, so thats £25 for the op pot:D

Had some left over roast pork, and made up a yummy recipe and made a kind of chinese special fried rice thing, just added 5 spice and ketchup - it was lovely!

I'm determined to relax and enjoy my evening, without curtain twitching!! and get a god sleep. Tomorrow got breakfast club, full day at achool, lunch duty (healthy food only:A) meeting after school and then another new tutoring client after that phew!

I have been doing my 'one extra thing per day' challenge, yesterday I made Economy Gastronomy anytime cookies, made a batch and put what looks like another 5 batches in the freezer!!! I had one today instead of buying a cake at break time and it was yummy!

But I'm stuck for todays extra, I feel so tired! I might get my swimming stuff ready as an extra thing and go swimming before school tomorrow - I have a free pass for the pool down the road.

Wednesdays 'extra' can be biking to school if the weathers ok!:j
