Def retract the bid. She's done the right thing by alerting you. She probably won't pay for the item if she's already got one and then you'll have to claim to have your fees refunded etc ect etc ...

i thought I would give you an update. Luckily for the lady somebody else bid for the item 3 times and ended up winning the auction. now heres where the fun starts, literally a min after my listing ended I got a email from the buyer telling me her sis bid on the item as she had noticed she was watching it and apparently she was not meant to do it and no longer wants it. i listed the item as damaged and she said as its a present and its damaged she doesnt want it. she won the bid I was clear about the damage and inc pics of it, and you can get replacement parts as i have contacted worlds apart.i have sent her the invoice and just have to wait and see what happens. im so peed off with it all, shes a new ebayer well according to her feedback she has 11 items but why are there so many time wasters. in regards to the first lady i did cancel her bid in the end but the buyer outbid her.do people not realise they have entered a legally binding contract.
    thanks for the advice everyone

That really sucks about the new buyer, esp as you seem to be a decent seller.
