Only half a week for me as we go away for short break on Sun.
Weds............HM Meatballs and pesto mash
Thurs............HM Spaghetti carbonara and GB
Fri................HM chilli with potato wedges
Sat...............HM Chicken curry ( using MrT 4p sauce for first time)

Thursday - lamb mince in gravy, dumplings (never made them before, very excited) and veg
Friday - singapore chicken noodles (went down a storm last week)
Saturday - burgers and wedges
Sunday - gammon and roast veg
Monday - carbonara type thing with leftover gammon ?!? not sure about this one
Tuesday - fishcakes and green beans (in freezer - very popular last week, esp with toddler)
Wednesday - spag bog
got most things already so hopefully a cheap shopping week to make up for a couple of slightly-over-budget weeks ... unless I hit the wine aisle0 -

Here's this weeks mealplan......
TODAY - Sausages (in freezer), mash, fried onions, peas & gravy or pepper sauce.
FRIDAY - Salmon fillets (in freezer), pasta with sauce & salad.
SATURDAY - H/m burgers (in freezer), oven chips & salad.
SUNDAY - Pork (in freezer) casserole, mash, roasties, peas & mashed turnip. (Made rissoles instead of casserole)
MONDAY - Tuna (cupboard) pasta bake & salad. (Made casserole, new potatoes & cabbage)
TUESDAY - Chicken (in freezer) tikka masala, rice & naan bread (in freezer). (Making sausage, bacon, egg, potato bread, mushrooms & beans, have everything at home & eggs need using)
WEDNESDAY - Chicken fillet (in freezer) with southern fried coating, mash, veg & gravy. (will probably make chicken tikka masala today instead of yesterday).
THURSDAY - Breaded haddock (in freezer), mash, veg & white sauce.
Can you tell that my freezer is my best friend? :think: .....

I am hoping that by posting my menu plan on here I will stick to it! :rolleyes:
Tonight - Jacket spuds with bacon/Ham/Beans
Friday - Mini Toad in the holes with Mash and carrots
Saturday - At my dads - Pizza for the OH
Sunday - Roast Chicken, pots, yorkies, carrots and cauliflower
Monday - lo chicken with sauteed pots and carrots
Tuesday - Chicken pieces with mash, carrots and peas
Wednesday - Chicken stirfry (will be my first, so suggestions welcome)
As you can probably tell carrots and are the veg of choice in my house... my 2 dd's love them!
I have just started a new dinner rule at home... eat what you're given or don't eat! it is working so far... lol! :rotfl:
I am hoping to get a remoska for chrimbo.. fingers crossed!
Breakfasts will be cereal/yoghurt for me and oh... the girls have breakfast at the childminders!
Lunches will be sandwiches/salads

We are off for a few days in the motor caravan, but still planning as cooking can go on as normal.
thur - couscous from leftover pot roast in freezer
fri - garlic soup, toad in the hole (or jacket potato with fake cassoulet)
sat - dinner at friends' house
sun - courgette moussaka and rice
mon - curried tuna quiche and salad
tues - dinner out with my brothers and SILs
wed - HM pizza
thur - pork chow mein
fri - layered black pudding recipe - seen on this forum somewhere!
sat - beef roast with all the trimmings for French guests

Fri - Mediterranean Pork Stew
Sat - Egg and Chips
Sun - Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pud, etc with Treacle Sponge and Custard
Mon - Sliced Beef in Gravy with Potatoes Broccolli and Carrots
(Using Meat Left over from Sunday's joint)
Tue - Lasagne
Wed - Sausage Toad
Thurs - Chicken Hot Pot
Got all ingredients in freezer and cupboards no need to go shopping this weekend (apart from milk ) Yeahhhhhhhhh!:jBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
