hi ive go my car up for sale at £2500 hoping to get runaround for work for about £1000 or under and we will be keeping the rest for fees , my mum paid for it to go in the autotrader and i have put for sale signs with details in the back windows .
hope this help
A bit of advice for when you do get your replacement car - as your mum bought the first car, did she actually pay for it herself or give you the money to buy it? If she bought it then technically the car is hers so she should do the same with the replacement and be sure to get receipt in her name even if you register the car in your name. That way the OR will have no claim on the car and you won't have the headache of making a case that you need the car.

Hi,
Can any of you clever people out their explain the system for getting reduced Court Fees? I've tried looking at the Insolvency Web site but I'm obviously too thick to understand it. My husband and I have 2 children (+ one at Uni) I don't have a job at the moment, My husbands gross monthly wage is £1350 and we get CTC & WTC- £634 and CB - £125 monthly. The way I read it we won't get any reduction but I'm hoping I'm wrong are wrong!
We are planning to both go BR next Weds (29th)0
