My Icesave transactions cancelled

The icesave customer service person I spoke to yesterday said it will take some time to get all transactions reversed so would be updated throughout yesterday and today.

For piece of mind, just call them (I got through after less than 3 min. wait) and they can tell you more as their systems are more up to date than what you can see. I could not see my money yesterday (in limbo land somewhere or so I thought) but when I called they confirmed that the money was back in my icesave account. Late yesterday it showed up on my account when I logged in.

I am sure it will be fine.

Im in the same boat. Transfer made on Tuesday was reversed despite being marked as processed. Can this be LEGAL when in the words at the end of the statement read 'The transfer has been completed and is reflected in your 'Processed Balance'. I thought completed meant just that?

I have just checked again and the easy saving accounbt is now there -but with a balance of £0.00 -where is my 10555???

Me too... my transfers on Monday are clearly shown as being processed. I was horrified to find that the money had landed back in Icesave and not my linked account. Nightmare!!
