. . . I have to say I found the website very good indeed and on the three or four occasions I called, I was speaking to a human being within 30 seconds which I was very impressed with.
I quite agree.
In all our personal upsets, spare a thought for those poor girls in Newcastle (they were all female when I telephoned over the years) who have had to put with so much aggro the past few days.
I have found them unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. Even when they must be worrying about their own jobs at present.
If any of you are reading this, thanks very much girls for a job well done. :beer:
