Still no joy so have started using the money claim website.Anybody else having any joy or even any contact?

It looks like I too have been had! Placed an order with Pegasus Fitness early in the new year and like you guys have neither had goods delivered, nor had calls/emails answered. Wierd thing is, items were in stock when I ordered, but when I opened email confirmation, it told me items were now all out of stock?!
Since reading this forum have subsequently cancelled my order and asked for full refund but surprise, surprise, heard nothing back!

Unfortunately paid on debit card so outcome at moment not looking good. My bank have raised a dispute and told me that it can take up to 10 weeks to resolve, if at all!

Has anybody had any joy this year making contact with the infamous, yet elusive, Andrew Thomas? Any idea if the company is still trading?

I too have been 'had' by this bunch of cowboys. Luckily for me my purchase was only for a £17.50 baselayer... but even still, I was determined not to let them get away with stealing my money.
I ordered the top on the 30th Dec and it is still showing item not sent. Like others I have tried ringing the company on numerous occasions but to no avail. It continues to go straight to voicemail.. I have also sent a few emails including one asking for a refund, but no response and of course, no refund.
On the advice of others on this site I contacted trading standards on the number given but to be honest, I found it a complete joke. First of all when I asked if other complaints had been made about this company she said she couldn't see anything on her system but even if there were other complaints she couldn't possibly tell me as it would infringe their human rights!!! I thought they were there to protect the consumer - hmmm, right.... why is it the criminal always seen to have their human rights protected when innocent victims are being ripped off left right and centre??
I wish I have done a check on this company before placing my order, but they did look well set up with an impressive (secure) web site. I have learnt my lesson though.... and like someone else said, stick to Wiggle who have always been brilliant.
Just rung Barclaycard & been refunded, thankfully.
Good luck to all of you in getting your money back from this so called company. They should have done the decent thing and shut down their site when they started running into difficulties. Shame on them.

Update - Still no money or no contact.Claim is progressing along.Pegasus Fitness (Andrew Thomas) ignored the claim so have updated the claim to ask for a judgement in the light of guilty by no response.So going through the motions. Still don't think I will ever get the money back though!Can't believe there is not more support from Banks or Trading Standards, they should have done something by now and closed the site down!grrr!

I have been had too, dry weave base layer, two for £35. Over a week ago and no contact. I paid through Paypal so will get them on the case to retrieve funds and buy else where going skiing in two weeks and i need these.

Absolutely stupid that they are still trading if they cannot deliver.

Hi all

Another one here who ordered from Pegasus Fitness and have received no delivery or any replies to phone/email.

I paid with Paypal who are now chasing the refund claim for me. Pegasus have until the 9th Feb to respond to Paypal - certain they won't though, which means Paypal will just refund me anyway.

Something definately needs to be highlighted so that others don't place an order with them.

I have complained to Consumer Direct and Trading Standards but the site still appears to be operating and willing to take my money. What does it take to get a obviously fraudulant website shut down before more people get sucked in?
Grr am most annoyed
Have gone through the small claims process and have had to spend about £60, and I not even hopeful I might see that money again either!
