You go into your account and there should be a box on the right that says something like "Customer Statement". But it doesn't work for me.

And I've just ballsed up and ordered the same thing twice - once from Price Drop and once from Bid TV. However, they say you can only win one item per auction, and it is the same auction - will they only send me one? Anyone know?

The reason it happened was that I saw the item on PD and it said Buy Me Now, so I clicked and it said I had just bid not won (unlike the AWT pans on Bid yesterday). So, I did a BIN on Bid too, which confirmed the win. However, I've just received confirmation of a BIN from PD.

    Anyone need a bin? :rotfl:
  • according to the site....................

What is a falling price auction?

In this type of auction the price of a product decreases from its start price until it closes or sells out. A set quantity of the product is available and the first people to "Buy now" will win. So simply choose to "Buy now" at the price you wish to pay, and wait for the auction to close - remember everyone pays the lowest price!". Even if you entered the drop at £150 if the price continues to fall and the auction closes at £10, you will only pay £10!

Alternatively you can choose to "Bid now" by entering a price you wish to pay for the product.

If the price falls to that amount or lower you get the product. Your product is only secure if the price falls to your bid amount.

You can still choose to "Buy now" or increase your bid. You can only ever buy one product per auction.

Remember the price will keep dropping until the quantity runs out and everyone pays the same lowest price.

There are several different types of auctions most of them are price drop auctions where the auction will start at the RRP/starting price and the price will fall as they sell more items and get close to 0 units left. When you bid you are bidding what the maximum amount you will want to pay is. If your maximum falls in between their minimum and the RRP/Starting price then you will be sucessful in your efforts. If the price does not drop as low as your minimum bid you will not receive any notification at all. There is no way of knowing what the finishing price will be in advance.

If your maximum price is above the final closing price you will pay the lower price.

    Hope this explains its.
