I'll keep an eye open now, although how do I tell if somethings are not a bargin?

Watches you have to be careful with as trade prices for buying those in are often a lot less than the £1 + £8 P&P they go for on these channels, so unless you really like the look of it then is probably best avoiding.

You just have to use your head really, look around see what there are selling for elsewhere etc. Only buy items that you really need or happy to spend money on.

Gold jewellery is always worth looking at taking into consideration the fairly high P&P charges, check the weight of the item and then check that against the scrap cost of gold.

The channels have been going since 2000 and are owned by Virgin Media TV.

NEVER base your calculations on the start price, they are laughable at best deceptive at worst.

  • I've had a lot of problems with all three sites the last couple of days. Not sure why, but all the sites seem to be listing auctions that should have ended hours ago. You can still click on them, but they won't be auctioned off at any time soon. It's annoying, as it means having to scroll through a load of crap to even find where they are right now.

    Exactly...;)

Really funny watching the woman on their live stream trying to sell it. She can't sit down in front of the camera. She said earlier she doesn't get paid enough to do this.:rotfl:

As soon as it price locked, the woman wearing it said "right" and legged it off the set! :rotfl::rotfl:

Ben, here it is, just in case you missed it.
