Try with Internet Explorer instead of Firefox? (or with IE TAB for Firefox), their website is poorly written.

We only just started using Firefox and I was liking it, until now. I would never have thought to change back to IE though.

Don't feel too sorry, don't worry about it, I was in two minds again with this one.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419

It's an add-on for Firefox that allows you to render certain webpages in Internet explorer with Firefox. You can also set it to always use IE Tab for problematic websites.

It's crazy, you'd think web-designers would test their websites.

It's not like Internet Explorer was the first web-browser that came into being, they were a few years behind as MS didn't think the internet would take off.
