Offering the network a contract? X mins/X texts for £X

I currently run a contract on behalf of my brother with T-Mobile and have done so for 4 years. He uses the contract, I pay the bill. He talks a lot.

I would like to get a contract myself, currently I am on PAYG but I am a very light user.

Can I phone up T-Mobile and say I want x mins and x texts for x amount? Will they entertain that type of query?

I am not asking for something crazy, what I want is 50 mins and 50 texts for £5 a month sim only (is that a decent deal)? I know that Virgin have 300/300 for £10 deal but I don't need all those minutes and I'd rather spend £60 a year not £120.

Thanks in advance

Maybe, but if you switched to Asda payg that sort of use would cost you £5 or £6 a month (8p/min)
