Tiscali and quidco question

Hello,
Moving into a new property soon and want to go with Tiscali. I was planning to go via Quidco to get £30 cashback for internet and phone bundle.
However it says that you need the phone number of the house your moving into. When I move I will be taking my current number (hoepfully) and there will be no active line.
So I think that I need to phone tiscali, however this means that I loose the cashback.
Anyway to get the cashback and setup this new phone and net connection?
Thanks.

You must be brave moving to them.
Do they not still require you to have an existing BT line before they will provide service.0 -
I will give them a call to find out I think.0
