Done online, thanks to the op, quote was over £100 cheaper than the renewal quote that I've just received although I want to check the comparison websites and quidco first to make sure there isn't something better.

Call for free on 0800 156 0804 oprion 3 then option 1, then option 1 again. You'll get motor insurance so justsay you wanted household quotes and ask them to put you through.
If they tell you to dial the 0845 number say your phone wont let you call non geographical numbers.
