Bloody waste of time; awkward guy who put me on hold for ages and would not send me a voucher.0

It's definitely worth trying again if they ask you for a reference code. The first person I spoke to was quite hostile and asked if I really wanted a quote or just the voucher, then wouldn't give one without a code! I tried again and the second person was fine, only took a couple of minutes to get a quote and since the price was higher than my current deal, easy to say no!

i just got a quote which i thought was too high
when i questioned about the £5 voucher the guy that i spoke to wanted the promotion code and i advised that there wasnt one - after a long period being stuck on hold he advised that the promotioon code would be added on and a voucher be sent out to me - although he didtn tell me what the promotioon code was
i would def ring the 0800 number that one of the posters has given as i was on the phone for about 18 mins0 -
Our quote and voucher are on the way, all credit to my persistent OH for making the call. Just hope we do get a voucher! (he gets shy about my moneysaving antics
)
Thanks OP for the heads up :beer:I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I made the call yesterday. Not sure how long I was on the phone for. Seemed ages as he aske loads of questions. I did have to make some effort to reassure him that I really wanted a quote and not just a voucher. He was friendly in the end but the gain will be less than £5 after I deduct the cost of the call but as I never work these things out it will feel like a £5 gain and will add nicely with othe M&S vouchers I have or are expecting so that I will have enough to get something worthwhile so fingers crossed that it actually arrives.0

This was advertised yesterday in the Daily Mail with the number 08452464019 and quote reference mspress for a £5 M & S voucher for everyone requesting a quote!0

I did this on line yesterday, there is a box for promotional code where I put MSPRESS. I don't know if I will get the voucher !0
