    Same here although it's getting better than it used to, the road is recognised so I was able to edit my mailing address details so hopefully it'll reach me!

    Just done this now and got a confirmation email of the quote. No mention of the voucher but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    Quotes just issued for us and for my daughter -- couldn't believe their prices.

    Way over the odds for our contents - and nowhere near our current cover level.
    About the same cover for my daughter - but the price is still about double.

    And if their home page is to be believed those prices are the equivalent of 9 months premium :eek:

    Certainly won't be going back for the saved quotes !!!

    thanks. their food is overpriced though so the £5 will probably only buy a bag of crisps and a choclate bar!
