Don't know if anyone else is experiencing difficulties, but I've just completed and requested a Direct Line home insurance quote, entered the promotional code - mspress - and received a message saying the code was invalid? Would be good to hear from anybody who's successfully got through the process.

I tried this yesterday, after reading about it here, and again today, as it was in the Times. Where do you enter the code? Is it after the payment page?

Looking forward to a free fiver.
Thanks for the tip. We are with Direct Line for our home insurance and we had an automatic renewal quote of £219, we went on to their website for a quote with exactly the same details and cover and were quoted £135. So much for loyalty.

I have just done it, and now i am wondering if i should press register or not.
it is more expensive than my current rate, so i don't want to accidently sign up!

Just done this and used mspress, seemed to go thru ok so fingers crossed

I have got a quote, entered the promotion code and now will the voucher just come through to my address? I didnt see anything referring to it on the application?
