Orange start charging for 0800 numbers

I chose and bought an orange network phone earlier this year because it is free to dial 0800 nubers. Now they start to charge them numbes without prior notice. I have been told by orange that I still have to pay the line rental up to the end of the contract period even if I cancel. I feel this is not fair. They should give us the option to cancel the contract if they start charging.

You will see that Orange are now giving out free 0800 bundles if you complain persistently enough.
