the offer has been refused of 228k there lowest price is 230k but ive just noticed a 4 bed detached round the corner from this house up for 220k (the house im offering on is a 3 bed detached) Im thinking its safe to walk away from this house. House hunting for the 3rd time:mad:0 -

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
