Great shout, 679AAC. Simple, useful suggestion. I'm on a fixed-term bond, so I don't have a very extensive 'statement' per se, but I also did a 'print screen' of the whole internet page, showing today's date on my computer's taskbar. One can't be too careful!

Useful advice. Worrying how much I'll lose in lost interest on my ISA . . . .
    Where now?
  • yes did this earlier too. I noticed a deposit that left my bank on the 1st October still hasn't cleared so will be interesting to see if this will get bounced back or not.

    Good advice but consider this-

Yesterday I withdrew £500 form my Icesave account. This money has yet to arrive in my UK Bank account. My Icesave balance shows a figure minus the £500, as it should.

What if the £500 does not arrive? I can print a statement today but how do I prove there should be a further £500 in it because it has not arrived in my UK account?

Ah, sorry, just checked, the transaction does show on the statement.

  • Just a few hours ago I was able to log into my Icesave account. But now, I am unable to do so. I am using the same log in details but it says that they are invalid. Anyone else having the same problem.
  • Hiya,

Also logged in both mine and DH's accounts and no probs there and I have also printed off the statements.

Likewise, it is sensible to do, just in case - although this bit of advice was offered this morning on one of the other threads ;)
