Because I know what will happen If I change = They will make a complete 'Balls' of my details etc.
Like they do when you change energy supplier.

What a lame excuse! If your bank is that cr*p then open another account elsewhere. Contact those companies you have DDs with and give them your new details. Set up SOs with your new bank yourself. Cancel your old ones online. If you have your salary paid in, tell your employer your new details. Close your old account. If you have problems with this (and I have with HSBC), then let it stay open.
It's not difficult and is what people did before banks and BSs offered as 'a simple changing process'.Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -

'Simple changing process'
What to ring all my DD payees five times over, And then receive a 'mountain' of forms & junk mail.
I'm staying 'put' like it or not.Thomson 757 Man0 -

I got a letter today telling me that they are revising their current accounts, and as a 'thank you' for my ten years' custom they are moving me to a current account which pays no credit interest - and offering incentives such as free internet banking (already have this), free phone banking (ditto), a debit card (gee thanks) and some ID theft help facility, which I assumed was inherent in UK bank accounts provided that you could prove it had happened. Whoopee!!
I've just sent them a stroppy message suggesting that they at least credit their customers with something...intelligence to see through this scheme, maybe!

Already been discussed. If you used your account more then you would get extra features, such as an 8% account.
Just to point out, you don't get any credit interest at the moment, well its so little that is may as well be 0%. Thats what savings account are for tbh.
You'll also find out they are changing from Maestro etc to Visa - so your card will also change soon.0 -

So you've basically lost nothing, and you're upset?
ID theft != debit card or bank fraud by the way. ID theft is something different, and the helpline now available to you doesn't come free with most other bank accounts, if any other bank accounts.0
