No, these will be fakes. Any website with UGG in the name apart from Ugg Australia sells fakes. Don't waste your money.

Only problem is, the returns facility is only for 28 days. If the Ugg's are a christmas present will they extend the returns facility?

Not sure tbh, I'd say you'd prob be best to fill in the query form online-they aim to reply within 4 hours (apparently)/facebook them/or tweet them to ask.

'any orders placed after 1st Nov 2011 can be returned up until 31st Jan 2012'
