Hi, I returned them today as the heels looked like £6 asda ugg'style' boots. All crushed and nasty. I had a feel at the other Marquis pairs and they all feel the same, as do the Cardi's...like theres no heel guard in there like the classics. Think ill stick to the classic Uggs in future.

My Uggs (a gift) are lovely & warm, but I'm underwhelmed with the soles for such a pricey item....
