They are apparently starting to deliver soon from the Coleraine store ....
Anyone any experience of their online deliveries ... how do they compare with TESCO?
I was reading through the small print while I was registering my details.
I like the fact that if something you've ordered is not available they'll give you the nearest equivalent but only charge you the price of your original item irrelevant of the price of the substitute.
I don't know if Tesco do that but it sounds a good deal to me. Some of the things Tesco have substituted in my orders in the past have been a joke price wise. How does a brown cow give white milk, when it only eats green grass?0 -

You have the options with tesco to chose a substitute product when ordering should your preferred option not be available or to state that you will accept no substitutions. I always do one of these as i would have no control over what product they would pick otherwise. The only time i forgot to do this was when ordering BOGOF batteries, they were out of stock and got repplaced with two packs of more expensive batteries that weren't on offer:rolleyes: Needless to say they were handed straight back to the driver :rotfl::starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

they are delivering to lisburn and it does not have an Asda
Do you have one within half hours drive? That'll be were it's coming from. (If they still work out delivery zones the same, our old manager had to drive for half hour in various directions from the store to find out which postcodes would be within delivery zones)0 -

Yep, all done by postcode, you're postcode may be opposite someone, they take the first half and then the numbers from the second half, so you could live around the corner from someone who can get a delivery, but you can't because your postcode stretches past the allotated distance (hope that makes sense!!)
The deliveries will be coming from a store and not the depot.0 -
