Hi All
This is my first time on here and i see that i am not alone with regards to 7 Marketing.I have been dealing with them since last June 09 ,and i too paid the £199.00.They called me again in October to tell me that one of my claims was successful and i would be receiving over £2000.00 back from miss sold PP, so in order for me to receive my funds i was told that i would need to pay another £150.00 which i now really regret and they said that i would definatly have the cheque sent to me before Christmas,i have since in fact only today tried to call them for an update and guess what their telephone number is now ex directory and the original tel numbers no longer work.I know there are still a few posting dates before Christmas, however by looking at all you other poor people on here I'm not going to hold my breath,i never thought of myself as a gullible person, but you know what they say ...ONCE BITTEN..
Merry christmas to you all
I was contaced by 7 Marketing in June 2009 and paid £199.00. I have two higher claims going through Bluesky claims (who no longer have any connections with them). However, I had some smaller claims that they were dealing with and I paid an another £150.00 in October 2009 and was promised I would receive this money by Christmas. I have had trouble in the past with them returning my calls and they were supposed to call me back on 23 December. Suprise suprise, I never received the call. Since 5th January I have been trying to contact them by phone and email but all I got was a recorded message or an automated email response saying "due to adverse weather conditions our offices are closed until further notice". What a joke. I have now put in a complaint to The Ministry Of Justice who are looking into this but it doesn't look good. It appears they may have stopped trading but I will get confirmation of the situation next week from the MOJ. I don't know yet where this will leave me with my claims and monies I have paid.0 -
MOJ have advise me to pursue them through 'small claims' ie HMCS via 'moneyclaimonline' as they are no longer authorised to offer the services they stated.0
