Assuming you paid by card - if it was a credit card you can do a chargeback through your card company. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Hi All
I was contacted by 7 marketing and the sales person if you could call him that stated to me that I would only pay £199.99 for their services. I ask him three times if that would be the amount that they will charge, and he said that it was.
After receiving the information pack with the term & conditions + the forms, and on reading them I decided not to proceed, for the term & condition state that they would take 10% of the monies claimed and a further 10% if a solicitor would be needed, (I bet they always need a solicitor).
Well my point is if they suckered me in by stating some thing that is different and clearly not on their terms & conditions that I would only pay £199.99 to get the monies from payment protection paid to the loan company, then what other mistruths have they told me and what else is in store for the unwary? I think that they want to draw in as many suckers as possible, and surely they will make a lot of money too! (By throwing enough mud at the wall some or in there case a lot has got to stick)
I have paid MY £199.99 AS I SAID, BUT TRYING TO GET IT BACK SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE, they do not answer the phones and they say leave a message, but when you attempt to leave a message they ask for a password, which I have not been given, I returned the Pack with a covering letter stating why I do not want to proceed, I have returned them like they said and still they do not ring or get in touch with me, I have recourse too them by a solicitor, but that would cost me even more money, I don't like to kiss good bye to my £199.99, but there seems to be no other way forwards which would not cost me to get back my own money. They probably will say that they have never received back that pack, I just posted it back to them in there reply envelope and did not record it (silly I know); if they are A honest company I would have had a response by now and my money back. They 7 Marketing up till now have not done anything for the monies received from me
Hi I'm trying to get in touch with 7 marketing to get their terms and conditions, is there a web address for them? I've phoned them & no answer plus wrote to them no reply!
Is there anything legally going on against them?
I don't think they are honest, but that is only because I have received nothing from them, and guess that I never will?

Hello Jane
I did pay by Barclaycard and they want proof of me returning their forms, but I have no postage receipt, so Barclay card will not do any thing, because of the consumers act? I paid by Barclaycard thinking they would protect me, but can only have recorse through the consumers act mesthink?

Hi
I am now very concerned that I have lost money with 7 Marketing.
It is several months and I have had no money back from them. I find their team to be rude and their answer machine annoying.
I paid their fees by credit card. One of £199 and one of £500. Do you think I have a claim against 7 Marketing now? Maybe need to start proceedings in small claims.

Hi all,
A mate of mine has been using 7 Marketing for a while with a claim and heard today that they have gone bust. Strangely he has been contacted by another firm who I am currently using called Cento Client Review who informed him of their demise plus stated they was happy to take on his claims. This really does stink considering they have taken money of him and so have Cento with me. Where the hell did they get his information from?
Btw this is not a wind-up and I am NOT part of any scam. This news has just come from a mate less than 1/2 an hour ago. I did a quick search on Google which has brought me here. I'm happy to provide my home Telephone numbers to anyone should they not believe me and would like to talk about it further. It seems many of us could be in the same boat.
Regards

Hi All
Just 2 let u all knw ... i am a customer of 7 marketing. I understand it takes a long process in order to complete ITS A LEGAL PROCEDURE SO U SHOULD ALL EXPECT THAT!
I paid 7 marketing £199.99 back in june ... I have now recieved a cheque for £6212.32 and i have also had £5798.22 written off the remaining balance of my loan!
I am very pleased with 7 marketing, & they have been nothing but helpful! You need 2 understand they are extremely busy helping customers just like myself ... i was quite disappointed 2 see all these bad reviews about 7 marketing, its a shame they have such a bad name!
& to be fair i have spoken 2 some1 before and they stated to me they have over 8000 customers, all wanting to reclaim what was mis-sold to us ALL in the first place!0 -

Hi All
This is my first time on here and i see that i am not alone with regards to 7 Marketing.I have been dealing with them since last June 09 ,and i too paid the £199.00.They called me again in October to tell me that one of my claims was successful and i would be receiving over £2000.00 back from miss sold PP, so in order for me to receive my funds i was told that i would need to pay another £150.00 which i now really regret and they said that i would definatly have the cheque sent to me before Christmas,i have since in fact only today tried to call them for an update and guess what their telephone number is now ex directory and the original tel numbers no longer work.I know there are still a few posting dates before Christmas, however by looking at all you other poor people on here I'm not going to hold my breath,i never thought of myself as a gullible person, but you know what they say ...ONCE BITTEN..
Merry christmas to you all0 -
