What is the usual wait for cashback from O2?

I'm due £150 cashback from O2 - they emailed me on 2nd Nov to say they had received my voucher and said I will be paid out 'within 45 days'.
I know it's not been that yet but it still seems a long time already considering they have had my voucher for a month already.
Is this par for the course?
