I've had problems trying to get it to function since last Sunday night! As suggested in my post, earlier - I hate Virgin.net! Their service is rubbish and their customer service is worse!
It was working briefly last night when finally, I managed to send a very important e-mail. Now it's been down all day, again!
It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't keep sending me round in a loop, sometimes showing my inbox list, but then when I try to open a message, it sends me back to the homepage - over and over and over and over...
It looks like the e-mail I sent last night may have bounced back, but I can't find out or send another!
I can't take any more! :mad:0 -
Apparently all the faults were fixed a while ago and they are saying once again (they always tell me this) that it is my equipment that is faulty. The status page has also been updated to show all services are now green.
Hmm, so what have they done with all my email then and why can't I fully access net mail.
