Just called 0800 389 1118. After a short message about being transferred from customer services etc you hear a beep and can leave a message:

"Hi, I am leaving a message for the hourly 118cash prize promotion. My name is x, my address is y, and my telephone number is this phone... z. Thankyou".

Nice and simple - FREE to enter (every hour) too! THANKS WITSEND... already MSE winners posting on the "I WON, I WON, I WON" sub-forum!

Just to note - they put all your details on a spreadsheet - so if you have already told them your address you don't need to say it again on every message. Just your name and telephone number. That should help to keep the mailbox open for a bit longer

Don't be scared to ring in they are lovely people - especially Kevin who recognised my voice every time and said 'Hi Lynsey', and had a little chat.

I finally braved it and phoned up just after 4pm and they never took my address even though it was the first time I had phoned, wonder if they are just making it easier now and will get the address from the winners
