Mmmmm - Just got a guy answering and he was very polite but wanted to know where I'd heard about this promotion. I said, thinking on my feet, I overheard two women talking about it in a checkout queue (as you do!!) and found out that way *pinocchio*. I didn't want to say mse for some reason as I'm always worried they don't want to hear that and I'd hate them to come on here and have a go, ridiculous I know as they probably love the publicity. But he mentioned a couple of times that it wasn't necessary to go via the customer advice line and just dial 118118 and request a number and you'll be entered into the draw. I said I'd bear it in mind - NOT!!!

I think they're being bombarded with enteries this way and not making any money from it. You might find them taking a similar line with you, but he was still very polite so I didn't mind. And this was the first time I wasn't asked for my address :/ Ach well, they've only got four more days to go :rotfl: :D;)

Oh my goodness what have I started:o I heard the advert on the raido Key 103 if anyone else gets asked and I have just checked it's at the bottom of their website 118cash if you click on there it shows the T&C's are they hoping for a comp where they say no purchase necessary and no one takes them up on it:confused: well if so they haven't met :money:

Thanks for your post toomanykids at least everyone knows what to say now

ooh, I did this yesterday and the woman who answered the phone sounded thoroughly fed up!!!

I had a phonecall this morning with a man saying you entered a prize draw, me hoping for it being the 118 comp and it was mucking flucking wetherseal, I told him it was a total con and that I would have never entered a prize draw with them in a million years, and that this particular con is warned about all over the internet! As usual I thought of even better smart !!!! comments after the phonecall was ended! oh well!

Hope they ring some MSE's with good news today!!!

Aww Muffy don't worry, most of the time I get a lovely Welsh lady who's very, very nice :) or after 5pm you speak to a machine. You'll soon get used to it - I'm phoning at least 14 times a day

Thank you Witsend, I'll say that if I get asked again. esp the t&c's bit which I'm away to read again now :D I think it was a brilliant find, thank you :T :T
