Vodafone Insurance

Hey all, I have a Samsung soul (U900) and it has been scratched and wrecked due to general use. I have had the phone around two months and got Vodafone insurance for free (for the first 3 months anyway) there after around £8 p/m. Has any1 else had this insurance and made a claim with them? How do they work? Are they strict?

Lets say I dropped my phone down the stairs or “accidentally” happen to go over it on my car? Maybe even drop it in water? I am sure you get what I mean. Would they send me a new one? How do they work? or Would they just simply repair my phone? How long would it take for the claim to be sorted?

Any help and advice would be appreciated and every post would receive a thanks in this thread.

Regards

Lethal

ring up 191 ask for copy policy,

to be honest it wouldnt cover scratches, u would have to loose it break it or it be nicked, the excess on the soul would be 25.00 you pay the excess normaly get phone next day

OH OK then, but just woundering is it worth breaking it and claiming it on insurance?
  • What you mean is "Is it worth committing insurance fraud?"Why not? While you're at it why not crash your car and claim on that and burn your house down and claim on that insurance. You've had the phone for two months !!!!!!. Why don't you take better care of it next time so you won't have to resort to criminal acts!
