I use a Blueyonder email address which is now part of the Virgin Media group. I'm thinking of leaving Virgin broadband and wondered if anyone knows whether I would loose my email address aswell or could I still retrieve my mail directly through their website?
Thanks
Thanks

Usually you will lose the email address.
You can however call up VM and get them to set up a dial-up account and they can transfer the email address across to that, tell them what you want to do.
I never understand why people bother with ISP email - really they should be just throw-away email addresses for junk mail. Really you should just pay for few pound per year for your own domain (or use Gmail if not too bothered) and therefore doesn't matter how many times you move ISPs your email can stay the same.
The first thing I did back in the early 1990s was to get myself a domain as I knew I'd chop and change providers as back then it was common to do so.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
