Call Blocking
Options
Hi,
One of the mobile phones I use (for most of my calls) is an O2 contract and it's a number I like and want to keep. The problem is someone has got my number who I don't want calling me anymore. Is there anyway my phone can block them or go to voicemail every time this person phones from a specific number.
Obviously, the person in question may find out and start phoning from other number but I thought this was a start. I know I can change my number but I've had it years and it is an easy number to remember. I consider it like a personalised number plate, something I don't want to part with.
I could just get on with and hope the person gets bored but I thought mobiles should have some form of call blocking.
Any help would be appreciated.

But things may have changed since then. Ring up to check.
Does your phone have the concept of "groups?" If so, just set up a group for that person, and set the ring tone for that group to silent.
Alternatively ring O2 up and ask for your PAC and go to a provider that will block (or explain to the O2 droid that the reason you want to move is they can't provide you with a particular service.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Cheers. I'm looking into all those now.0
