B&Q Compensation?

Thanks for all your replies, have still been telephoning the store and 2 managers kept passing it back and forth to each other, both completly useless, still telling me lies, about who is supposed to call me, none of them did made about 15 more calls to them, they were 'looking into it' and will call back 4 days ago they didn't!.

Anyway got a £50 store credit in post this morning.

Still not happy but really can't be bothered any more.

So I now know NEVER to believe anything B&Q say regards orders, delivery anything really.

They have C**P customer service, C**P delivery policy, C**P everything as far as I'm concerend.

Beware anyone that has ordered somthing to be delivered, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I will spend my £50 and NEVER step foot in their C**P stores again.:mad: :mad: :mad:
