Lasted all of approx 10mins for £395 core boxes bundled with about 5 games -didn't bother.

This all looks like a scam doesn't it, stocks keep appearing in various stores and by the day there are more positive sounds about at least the core systems being available pre-xmas.

yeah game do the rip-off games bundles themselves - it has nothing to MS - it's Games own policy. You can however take the games back for refund, here's how someone else did it http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=272902.

said instock for me, until the page after i entered my credit card details when it said out of stock. I tried to check the availability in my area again and it still said in stock - so it seems argos are just trying to get visitors on their website again

Yeah like i have time to go through all 69 pages prior to this one to see if someone knows if they are in stock or not specifically in northern ireland.

Got a tip (from a usually reliable source!) that locally here they were in stock and available to n.ireland postcodes, posted it ASAP....

I ordered a Xbox yesterday from Argos and recieved the confirmation email this morning. Does that mean it's been accepted?
