Have now been told that my AD reference number has an error and I now won't be receiving my X-box on Monday as the confirmation stated. They've put a refund in but I'm not happy. Apparantly there are still X-boxs can be delivered, just not to my postcode. I thought the least they could do would be to source one of these to fulfil my order. The woman on the phone was nice so I didn't go ape but to me that I had a AD delivery number and that the money had come out of my bank should have meant delivery. The woman just said it was probably some computer error.
Someone mentioned speaking to the Argos chief exec. How did you go about this?0 -

Parcelforce turned up this morning to deliver my XBOX from Comet - my name was on their sheet etc etc - but no parcel on the van......it's gone missing and nobody seems to have a clue where it is 0 -
